Who can benefit from k photography fundraising?

Any organization in need of a financial boost!  Is this you?  Churches, Private Schools, Public Schools, Dance Studios, Sports Teams, Mom's Clubs...

Can members of our organization raise money towards their individual tuition?

YES.  You decide if funds raised are combined to benefit your organization, or if each individual is raising funds towards their tuition.  This is perfect for dance studios, sports teams, and private schools.  We track the sales from each shoot and provide you with a spreadsheet so you know where to allot funds.  You track individual's voucher sales and record accordingly.

k photography is the perfect opportunity to order your holiday cards!

k photography fundraising: step by step

1. You work with k photography to schedule a date(s) for your shoot. We provide you with the sales materials you need (vouchers, flyers, etc.) to be successful. You provide the photo shoot location. We bring the backdrop so no need to worry about the asthetics of the room to be used. Note: It is a bonus if the location has space outside to shoot! 

2. Your team sells vouchers for $15 each, which is good for one fifteen minute photo shoot and one 8x10" print (to be chosen by the studio.)  All payment is made directly to your organization.

3. Anyone who purchases a voucher will log on to kphotography.blogspot.com and click on the "schedule photo shoot" button.  If they are unable or unwilling to schedule their photo shoot online, they will call the contact person in your organization.  

4. k photography comes to your location on the day(s) of your shoot.  Although we take care of check-ins and the flow of the day, we suggest having representatives of your organization there throughout the day to welcome your supporters!  

5. Approximately two weeks later k photography brings the portraits to your location.  We request a table, but will not require any additional space.  You earn bonuses based on the sales of additional portraits!

If you schedule just 100 shoots your organization earns $1500 plus bonuses!

Welcome to k photography!

Hello!

k photography offers a fundraiser for your organization providing family portraits!  Our concept was designed by a Mom of a competition dancer who is active in her church and understands the necessity of a solid fundraiser.  We believe a fundraiser should be unique and memorable!  You could be the tenth person offering a frozen pastry, but family photos are irreplaceable.

k photography has a relaxed view of family portraits.  We believe your best photos will be taken when you are being YOU.  No tripod will be found at any of our shoots.  We move when you move.  Kids can play, and families can interact.  It's okay if not everyone is looking directly at the camera.  The best part?  Don't worry about what you're wearing...don't spend hours coordinating your outfits.  Your photos will be taken in color, black and white, and sepia!

How does this process work?

Vouchers are sold for $15, which will include a fifteen minute photo shoot and a complementary 8x10" portrait.  All proceeds from the sale of these vouchers will go to the organization raising funds.  The organization also has the opportunity to earn bonuses based on the number of actual photo shoots.  

For example, by selling only 100 photo shoots, your organization earns $1500 plus bonuses!
