k photography fundraising: step by step

1. You work with k photography to schedule a date(s) for your shoot. We provide you with the sales materials you need (vouchers, flyers, etc.) to be successful. You provide the photo shoot location. We bring the backdrop so no need to worry about the asthetics of the room to be used. Note: It is a bonus if the location has space outside to shoot! 

2. Your team sells vouchers for $15 each, which is good for one fifteen minute photo shoot and one 8x10" print (to be chosen by the studio.)  All payment is made directly to your organization.

3. Anyone who purchases a voucher will log on to kphotography.blogspot.com and click on the "schedule photo shoot" button.  If they are unable or unwilling to schedule their photo shoot online, they will call the contact person in your organization.  

4. k photography comes to your location on the day(s) of your shoot.  Although we take care of check-ins and the flow of the day, we suggest having representatives of your organization there throughout the day to welcome your supporters!  

5. Approximately two weeks later k photography brings the portraits to your location.  We request a table, but will not require any additional space.  You earn bonuses based on the sales of additional portraits!

If you schedule just 100 shoots your organization earns $1500 plus bonuses!
